Home Health Aide

​

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living such as cooking, personal care, and light housekeeping

  • Administering medications and monitoring vital signs

  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families

  • Transporting patients to appointments

  • Communicating with health care providers about patients’ conditions
     

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to provide compassionate and nurturing care to patients

  • Knowledge of basic medical procedures and techniques

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

  • Reliable transportation

  • Empathy and the ability to create a rapport with patients

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
