Current Opening: Home Health Aide


Role Overview:
As a full-time Home Health Aide, you'll deliver personalized care and support directly to patients in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily activities such as cooking, personal care, and light housekeeping

• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs

• Providing emotional support to patients and their families

• Transporting patients to medical appointments

• Communicating with healthcare providers regarding patient conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid Home Health Aide certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and nurturing attitude

• Basic knowledge of medical procedures and techniques

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

• Reliable transportation

• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with patients

• Attention to detail and multitasking skills

Salary:

• Competitive pay rate of $17 - $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
