Maryland Licensure & Oversight

In Maryland, Eden Care Services operates as a licensed Residential Service Agency regulated by the Maryland Department of Health through the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ).

Services are provided in accordance with Maryland RSA requirements, care planning expectations, and applicable oversight provisions.

Eden Care Services operates as a licensed home care agency providing non-medical in-home support services. Licensure and oversight requirements vary by state and are maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

All services are delivered through an agency model with defined roles, supervision, and accountability.

Agency Licensure Overview

Pennsylvania Licensure & Oversight

In Pennsylvania, Eden Care Services operates as a licensed home care provider under the Commonwealth’s home care regulatory framework administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

When services are authorized through state-supported long-term care programs, additional requirements administered through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) may apply.

NON-MEDICAL SCOPE OF SERVICES

Eden Care Services provides non-medical in-home care services only. Services are focused on daily living assistance, personal support, and household routines.

We do not provide medical treatment, skilled nursing services, clinical evaluations, therapy services, or health diagnoses.

CARE COORDINATION & OVERSIGHT

Care coordination and supervisory functions may be incorporated when required by state regulations or care planning needs.
