Following the assessment, our team outlines potential care options and service structures that align with identified needs and availability. Care recommendations focus on non-medical in-home support and daily living assistance.

If services are available and appropriate, next steps may include caregiver placement coordination, scheduling, and service start planning. If services are not available or appropriate, this is communicated clearly to ensure transparency.
