Practical guidance for families

How Eden reviews care information

Clear care information should distinguish general education, an agency’s actual services, and the requirements of an individual arrangement. Eden’s editorial standard is designed around that distinction.

Use the right source for the claim

Agency license and service claims need current agency-specific evidence. Program information should come from the responsible public agency. Clinical explanations need appropriate professional review. A template, old brochure, or another agency’s website is not proof of Eden’s current services.

Keep state differences clear

Pennsylvania non-skilled home care and Maryland service requirements are reviewed separately. Information about a procedure does not mean Eden is authorized, staffed, or accepting cases for that procedure.

Licensure and scope

Review before publication

Decision-critical pages should identify the responsible author or organization, qualified reviewer where appropriate, relevant sources, and the actual review date. A later formatting edit is not a substitute for a new professional review.

Correct outdated information

If you notice an unclear or outdated statement, contact Eden with the page and the concern. Please keep private care details out of the initial message.

Trust the Process You Can See, Not a Claim You Cannot Verify

Share the location and a general description of the support being considered. Eden will review the request and explain the appropriate next step.
