Eden Care Services

Understand the cost and payment path before care begins

Start with the services and schedule being considered. Then ask what Eden can accept, what you would be responsible for, and which terms will be provided in writing.

Private pay

Ask for a written estimate based on the proposed tasks and schedule. Confirm minimum visit lengths, any assessment fee, holiday or extended-hour charges, payment timing, and cancellation terms before agreeing to services. A general website inquiry is not a quote.

Long-term care insurance

Benefits depend on the policy. Ask your insurer about eligibility, waiting periods, benefit limits, required documentation, and whether reimbursement or direct billing applies. Eden’s ability to provide documentation does not guarantee a claim will be paid.

Pennsylvania programs

Community HealthChoices, OBRA, and other program inquiries require separate checks of Eden’s participation, the person’s eligibility, service authorization, and current capacity. Enrollment or a general home-care license does not establish approval for every plan or service.

Questions to settle in writing

  • What services and hours does the estimate cover?
  • Is there a minimum visit length or minimum schedule?
  • What charges may apply outside the quoted rate?
  • When is payment due?
  • How are cancellations and schedule changes handled?
  • What happens if the person’s needs change?
  • What must be authorized before services can start?

Bring a general question first

You can begin without sending insurance cards, financial records, or medical documents through the website. Eden will explain the appropriate next step.
